Policies/Shipping Info

Current turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks. If you are needing an item sooner than that, please let me know. If I know in advance, I am usually able to meet your timing request. If an item is ready to ship, it will be shipped out within 2 business days. 

***Please note, if your order is a large order with several items, or if your order includes something large, such as a blanket, processing time will most likely exceed the 3 week quoted time above. If you have concerns or questions about processing time, you are more than welcome to contact me before placing your order.***

CANCELLATION/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY: If you are looking to cancel your order, this must be done within 48 hours of placing your order. Anything beyond 48 hours is not eligible for cancellation. If your order has not yet been processed, you may change your order after the 48 hour period to a different item. Beyond this, all sales are final, unless there is a problem with your order once you receive it. If there is an issue when your order is delivered, you must contact us within 48 hours of when your tracking number confirms delivery. At this time, and depending on the situation, we can discuss sending out a replacement and/or you shipping your item back. Please note, all returns/exchanges are decided on a case by case basis, and are not guaranteed to be approved. If returning your item, it must be returned in its original form. It is at Red Lollipop Boutique's sole discretion to determine the condition of the product once returned. Buyer is responsible for cost to ship back items to Red Lollipop Boutique, in exchange for there being no restocking fee. Once item is returned and quality checked, refund will be processed within 48 hours.
